I do not accept insurance at this time, but I can provide you with an invoice or super bill to submit to your insurance provider.

If you are experiencing an emergency or require immediate assistance, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

what is your cancelLation/missed appointment policy?

24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within that time frame results in a full session fee charge.
